Dr. GB Davids is a respected general practitioner in Paarl, South Africa. With over 20 years of experience in public clinics, hospitals, and private practice, she is now focused on increasing the revenue and market share of her practice.

The Challenge:

  1. Their Google page was unoptimized and not driving any traffic

  2. They had but 5 reviews on google which was hurting their ranking  

  3. They were relying on word of mouth marketing, which was bringing in but 2 new patients per day.

The Solution:

  1. Google business page optimization

    • We optimized their google business page by correcting all outdated information and service offerings. We used GMB everywhere to research the most relevant location specific keywords.

    • We replaced any old pictures with new,  inviting and professional pictures of Dr GB Davids, her team and what she does.

    • We connected her booking link to her google business page.

    • We designed a new logo for her practice.

  2. Built website from scratch​

  3. ​Review growth focused campaign​​

    • This email campaign focused on getting Dr Gb Davids reviews from all her past patients

    • We executed this strategy by writing highly personalized emails to each of her past clients based on the services she provided to each of them.

    • Each email was optimized to get the reader to write a review of their past experience with doctors GB Davids.

    • We managed and replied to all reviews that came in.

    • This strategy was completed within a week.

The Results:

  1. They had 7 reviews on their Google business page before the email campaign and it skyrocketed to over 54 reviews in 6 days and the reviews are still coming in

  2. Their Google Business page jumped from last in the Google maps search results to 2nd place in 4 weeks, steadily increasing patient enquiries and consultations.
